My husband took me out for a pre-mother’s day dinner on Tuesday. We went to Bradley’s and started with the Mini Yorkshire Puddings stuffed with prime rib and topped with horseradish aioli. Soooo good. I might try to make a version of these the next time we have left-over roast. Also above, is garlic shrimp.
For mains we had Jaeger Schnitzel and garlic mashed potatoes. Going out, on occasion, gives me lots of inspiration for foods to try to make at home! And…I brought enough home for two days of lunches! Happy Mother’s Day to me 🙂
